Evy Collective partnered with Woodbury and Ivory Commercial & Multifamily (ICO) to bring this vibrant multi-family development in Orem, UT, to life — a dynamic space buzzing with energy and community. With an abundance of shared areas, achieving the right balance between aesthetics and acoustics was key. Fräsch’s standard products, thoughtfully reimagined through creative layouts and custom color selections, delivered striking visual rhythm and sound control. LINYFELT panels wrap the ceilings and walls in seamless continuity, PYRA tiles from the CUBISM Series introduce geometric dimension and high-performance sound absorption, while a mix of lit and unlit WAFL BAFL fixtures adds depth, dimension, and playful contrast. The result is a modern, sound-savvy environment where design and comfort coexist effortlessly.
