This restaurant project demonstrates how thoughtful material selection can elevate both design intent and acoustic performance. Originally specified with a hardwood ceiling, the project team partnered with Fräsch to identify a cost-effective alternative that preserved the warmth and visual character of wood while introducing meaningful sound control. LINYFELT with a WÜD grain print was selected to achieve this balance, delivering a refined aesthetic paired with improved acoustic comfort for a lively dining environment. Finished in 12P-82 Walnut on Silver, the solution enhanced the guest experience by reducing ambient noise without compromising the design vision, proving that acoustics can be seamlessly integrated into hospitality spaces with elegance and efficiency.
